Nikki Smith supports the Executive Search Division as the new Executive Search Consultant. Through engagements with clients and shareholders, she provides recruitment services for high-level executive and physician leadership roles. She has more than ten years of customer service experience and strongly believes in the value of integrity within all client relationships.
Nikki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with a Spanish minor from the University of Tennessee.
In her downtime, Nikki is an avid coffee drinker who loves being outside, playing on Pinterest, and riding shotgun on road trips with her husband and dogs.
