Stratum’s Operations Work Group is comprised of like-minded COOs and practice operational leaders that work together to tackle challenging problems, to identify innovative solutions and to drive best practices. The Operations Work Group is an impressive group of peers that collaboratively come together to lift each other’s organizations and collectively solve problems. This group interacts regularly throughout the year, but comes face-to-face for a two day summit twice a year (spring and fall), which are typically held in Champaign, IL.
