Each Shareholder and Client enters into a Service Agreement with Stratum agreeing to participate in programs  and services thus further enhancing leverage. These services are provided via Stratum’s distinct product lines:

The Board has adopted a strategic plan which calls for a high level of participation in Stratum’s initiatives along with a commitment to promote shared learning in order to drive continuous process improvement and adoption of best practices.

This model is being built on a collaboration strategy whereby Shareholders and Stratum management work together on meaningful projects to reduce risk and redundant expenditures while also improving performance.
