Stratum, incorporated in 1996, is a collaborative alliance of physician-owned and health system-employed physician groups with Shareholders located in Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, North Carolina, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas and Wisconsin.
In the last five years, Stratum has covered nearly every provider specialty or sub-specialty within healthcare as well as conducting a large amount of Advanced Practice Provider searches.
