Stratum successfully leverages cost savings for its shareholders and clients over a wide range
of services. Some of these services include: group purchasing of medical supplies,
insurance products, billing office support services, physician/executive recruiting and other technology related applications.

Stratum has endeavored to make its cost saving programs available to, not only its
shareholders, but also to outside physician groups. These programs are tailored
to physician groups who seek to reduce overhead expenses in an effort to enhance
their organization’s financial performance. Specifically, Stratum looks to target
physician groups of twenty or more providers.
