Stratum Med is excited to announce that Terrica Miller has accepted the Vice President, Chief Compliance & Risk Officer position with Health Alliance. Terrica will provide executive leadership to the Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit and Privacy departments within the health plan. Terrica, a Champaign native, is most recently serving as the Compliance Officer at Magnolia Health Plan in Jackson, MS. Prior to her time at Magnolia, she has risen through the Compliance leadership space having worked at several successful health plans including; United, Blue Cross Blue Shield and WellPlan. She is very excited to advance her career while at the same time, returning to her home town.

On March 9, 2018, AMGA Board Chair Dr. Rai, president and chief executive officer at Prevea Health, addressed attendees at the AMGA 2018 Annual Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. He passionately exhorted groups to lead revolutionary change in health care, to steer the nation toward value and improved patient health.

Stratum is excited to share that Randy Walker has accepted the Vice President, Network Management and Partnerships position with Health Alliance. Randy will provide executive leadership to the Provider Network Management Department including provider contracting and provider relations, and he will lead network expansion efforts through the development of new provider partnerships and opportunities for collaboration. He is scheduled to start on February 19th.
Randy previously served as Director of Provider Network Management for Aetna in Michigan where he managed complex, competitive contractual relationships with providers and developed value based/Alternative Payment Model contracts. Prior to that he served more than 30 years in the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, including more than 17 years at Health Alliance Plan, a health insurance subsidiary of Henry Ford Health System. During that tenure Randy was Associate VP of Corporate Alliances, VP of Health Management Services, and Senior VP of Provider Contracting and Health Care Management.
Randy comes to Health Alliance with a strong appreciation for and understanding of provider sponsored health plans from his many years of experience at Health Alliance Plan in Detroit and significant experience within an integrated delivery system similar to Carle. Randy will provide a level of expertise and leadership that will ensure Health Alliance’s provider network offers coordinated, efficient, high quality care to members across the provider network and the continuum of care.

Nick has 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a focus in sales and supply chain. Nick has direct responsibility for Stratum’s GPO development while driving value-added Stratum solutions in Recruitment (Physician and Executive) and Insurance to the benefit of Stratum shareholders and clients.
Nick most recently served as the Collaborative Development Administrator at OSF Healthcare System where he focused on the recruitment and retention of new members across the continuum of care as it relates to supply chain and GPO services.
Nick attended the University of Missouri-St. Louis for his undergraduate studies where he earned a BS in Education with emphasis in Business Administration.
Stratum Welcomes Ryan Wills to the Team
Stratum is excited to share that Joann Kress has accepted the Director, Cardiovascular and Neurovascular Services role at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL where she will be responsible for providing administrative direction for new and expanding diagnostic and interventional operations for the Service Lines. Ms. Kress began her career as a Cath Lab RN, and it was there that she discovered her love for cardiovascular services. However, after relocating to Rockford, she was most recently employed at SwedishAmerican Hospital where she oversaw Case Management and Palliative Care. She is excited to transition her career back into the cardiovascular space where her passion lies.
