Stratico

Stratico was formed as a wholly owned subsidiary of Stratum in 2009 with the objective of gaining more control over the insurance function and moderating expenses. Stratico is a South Carolina domiciled insurance company organized to provide insurance coverages for Stratum Shareholders and clients.

The plan for Stratico is to act as a reinsurer for group long-term disability and life insurance coverages.
