Stratico

Stratico was formed as a wholly owned subsidiary of Stratum in December, 2002 with the objective of gaining more control over the insurance function and moderating expenses. Stratico is a Cayman Island domiciled insurance company organized to provide insurance coverages for Stratum Shareholders and clients. Stratico was licensed in early 2003 and issued its first insurance policies for professional liability insurance April 1, 2003.

The plan for Stratico is to further expand its offering in professional liability insurance, including the rental of segregated cells to Non-Shareholder multi-specialty physician groups. Further, Stratico has undertaken studies for a planned placement of long-term disability, life, and workers compensation insurance through the Company.
