Finance Work Group

Stratum's Finance Work Group is comprised of our Shareholders' CFO's and Directors of Finance. The committee has focused primarily on developing and conducting various benchmarking surveys including the following:

Physician Compensation & Productivity Benchmarking. Stratum has completed its 6th annual Physician Compensation and Productivity Survey. The survey captures and reports on Net Production, Encounters, Compensation and WRVU's.

Non-Physician FTE Benchmarking. Stratum has completed its 5th Annual FTE Survey. The report allows participants to compare staffing levels within 60 standardized departments with related job titles/functions. FTE's are then benchmarked against such data elements as total employees, total providers, encounters, square footage, claims filed, monthly statements, X-rays, Purchase Orders, etc.

Miscellaneous: The Committee has also concentrated on the following subject matters:

• General Reporting and Key Performance Indicators
• Retirement Plans
• Physician Compensation Formulas
• Insurance Program Auditing and Gap Analysis
• Request for Proposal Standardization for Audit and Tax Preparation Services
