Stratum has built a 13 member Recruitment and Professional Services team directed by an executive leader with more than 20 years experience in multi-specialty physician, midlevel, and executive recruitment. Stratum Med's Recruitment and Professional Services is a full service firm offering recruitment and consultative assistance solely to health care clients. Let our search consultants assist you with placement of physicians for primary care, surgical, specialty and subspecialty areas. Stratum Med also provides placement of advanced practice professionals and healthcare executives. In addition, Stratum Med offers comprehensive in-house recruiter training.

By working in partnership with the client, Stratum's Recruitment and Professional Services staff can fulfill your organizational expectations. After completing an on-site profile, Stratum Med develops a sourcing plan which is tailored to each client's specific search needs. It is followed with a candidate assessment performed by a Stratum search consultant. The candidate then completes an application outlining licensure information. Additionally, preliminary candidate reference calls are completed. Appropriate candidates are presented to the client with a written overview of each individual's qualifications. If an employment offer is made, the Stratum consultant is available to assist in contract negotiations.
