Services Each Shareholder enters into a Service Agreement with Stratum to buy services. These services are provided via Stratum's distinct product lines:

• Group Purchasing
• Insurance Products
• Recruitment and Professional Services
• Shared Services

The Board has adopted a strategic plan which calls for a high level of participation in Stratum's intiatives along with a commitment to migrate toward a shared learning organization through continuous process improvement and adoption of best practices.

This migration to a shared learning model is being built on a collaboration strategy whereby Shareholders and Stratum management work together on meaningful projects to reduce risk and redundant expenditures while also improving performance.
