Vice President, Healthcare Recruitment

Ms. Holaday serves as Vice President, Healthcare Recruitment for Stratum Med, Inc. With twenty-five years of healthcare expertise, Ms. Holaday has held various clinical and management roles in ambulatory care, hospital, and managed care settings. Prior to assuming the senior leadership role, Ms. Holaday functioned as the Director of Recruitment Services for seven years. As such, she was responsible for both permanent placement and temporary provider staffing. Over 300 physicians and midlevels have been placed since she joined the management staff at Stratum Med.

Ms. Holaday received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Masters from the University of Illinois - Chicago. Throughout her career, Ms. Holaday has been active in various professional societies, including the Medical Group Management Association and the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters.
