Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Mulcahey has more than 20 years experience in healthcare management. As Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at Stratum he has direct responsibility for finance, group purchasing and materials management, professional recruiting, compliance and shared services. He also serves as President of Stratum's wholly owned insurance company, Stratum Insurance Company, SPC, a Cayman Island domiciled captive insurance company offering professional liability and other coverages to Stratum Shareholders and clients. In addition, Mr. Mulcahey is a Director and Secretary of Amerinet Central, a privately held healthcare group purchasing corporation.

Prior to joining Stratum, Mr. Mulcahey served as Vice President and General Counsel for a Chicago Suburban Health System and as President of a physician hospital organization representing 350 physicians. Mr. Mulcahey graduated from the University of Illinois and from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
