Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Tresslar has 25 years experience in multi-specialty group practice administration. As chief executive officer of Stratum, he directed the formation of the Company in 1996 and has had the privilege of seeing it grow to include 18 physician groups comprising over 2,000 physicians in six Midwest states.

Prior to joining Stratum, he was chief executive officer of Health Alliance Medical Plans (HMO), a wholly owned subsidiary of Carle Clinic. He also served in senior executive positions at the Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans and at The Texas Medical Center in Houston, TX. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois.
